Our goal is to assist you in understanding the living communities within our halls, Housing & Residence Experience Policies and Procedures on our campus and other helpful resources.

Traveling by Plane to Colorado Springs: If you will be flying to Colorado, we recommend that you fly directly into Colorado Springs (COS).  Upon arrival to the COS airport, you will be able to take a Taxi/Lyft/Uber to campus.

Traveling by Plane to Denver: If you will be arriving in Denver and cannot take a flight to Colorado Springs, you will need to take an airport shuttle to Colorado Springs.

  • Groome Transportationoffers direct shuttle service between Denver International airport (DIA) and Colorado Springs every day of the year. Reservations are recommended to ensure you have a seat. Check out groometransportation.com or call 1-719-687-3456 for details on arrival times and to book your reservation.
  • Please Note:Groome Transportation will drop you off directly at the CC campus in front of the Boettcher Health Center (building #23 on the campus map) if you call to make your reservation and indicate that you are a "prospective student." Otherwise, the closest drop off point to the campus is the Antlers Hotel. From the Antlers Hotel, you can request an Uber/Lyft/Taxi to get you to campus.

Upon your acceptance to CC, you will receive your email. All communication about housing selection will be sent out in late May/ early June!

Learn about Meal Plans and Dining & Food Services available to your student. Meal Plans are required for the school year. All students in Traditional Halls and Small Houses will need to be on the full meal plan. Students in apartments will be on the Apartment Meal Plan.

Check Washer/Dryer Availability Online

LaundryView is a web-based application that allows you to check the availability of washers and dryers in your residence hall before going to the laundry room.

Visit laundryview.com and search in Colorado College to try it out!

 

Customer Service

For customer service or maintenance issues please call CSC ServiceWorks at 1-800-762-3452 or visit https://www.cscsw.com/request-service/ to fill out a service request form for any machine repairs.

Maintenance Resources

Submit a work order for any maintenance needs via the Service/Maintenance Request Site. Select "Res-Life" under "Work Request" for housing work orders. By submitting your work order yourself, you will receive updates on your work order as well as scheduling and additional support information. 

If you experience any difficulty navigating the Maintenance Request Site, please let your RA or Front Desk Coordinator know and they can support you! 

In addition to the Facilities Services department, the Office of Housing counts on five full-time housing maintenance workers to take care of our residential buildings on weekdays from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

For emergencies during the evenings or on weekends, call your RA on-call in your respective community first and then Campus Safety at (719)389-6707 if necessary.
