Ryan brings 25 years of experience in human resources, leadership development, and culture-oriented organizational development. Prior to joining CC, he led Children’s Hospital Colorado through several cultural transitions, where he ensured that the organization maintained its core values while adapting to new challenges.

Laurie Mozingo

Laurie came to Colorado College in 2014 after having served as Vice President of Compensation & Benefits at Junior Achievement in Colorado Springs. Her expertise in benefits spans over 25 years. Laurie has a BS in Sociology from Lamar University and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. In addition, Laurie holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, a Certified Compensation Professional, and a Certified Benefits Professional.

Matt Cherry

Matt came to CC in 2013 and provides technology support across all HR functional areas (HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Performance Excellence). Prior to CC, he worked for the Colorado Springs School District 11 and George Mason University in the HR department where he supported the recruitment and onboarding programs. Matt has a BS from the University of Northern Colorado and an MS in IT Management from Regis University.

Pam Butler

Pam's career in HR began in 1988 with Walter Drake and Sons where she managed payroll and benefits processes, employee relations, policy development, and communications served as editor of the employee newsletter and led the implementation of an automated time and attendance system. Pam joined Colorado College in 1998 as an Employment Specialist. In this role, Pam was instrumental in the college's conversion to the Banner enterprise-wide database. Pam's current role includes oversight of the HR module of Banner and supporting the salary administration, job classifications, and talent acquisition functions. Pam attended the Detroit College of Business and has participated in numerous HR professional development seminars with Mountain States Employers Council.

Gina Lujan

Gina began her career at CC in 2006 as the Office Coordinator in Human Resources and now provides expertise in the benefits area. Prior to CC, Gina worked at Hawaii Pacific University for 13 years where she served in support roles to the Dean of the College of Natural Sciences and the Director and Dean of the Military Campus Programs. Gina has a BA in Human Services and a MA in Human Resource Management.

Sara San Souci

A native of Colorado Springs, Sara came to Colorado College in December 2021. Sara is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resource Management and has a BA in Business Administration and a MA in Human Resource Management.

Missy Liu

Missy came to Colorado College in March of 2023 after working 1.5 years in HR at Rocky Mountain Group and 13.5 years in retail management at Bath and Body Works. Her previous roles included responsibilities of talent management, recruiting, and onboarding. Additionally, Missy has a BS from the University of North Dakota and a MS from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.

Courtney Gibson

Courtney came to Colorado College in July of 2022 after relocating from Northwest Florida, where she was born and raised. Prior to CC, she worked for Northwest Florida State College in the HR department as an Office Specialist where she supported recruitment and onboarding. Courtney has a BS in Healthcare Management.

Kaelibeth Rose

Kaelibeth joined Colorado College in 2021 as an academic administrative assistant supporting the Spanish/French/Portuguese departments.  She joined the Human Resources Team in 2023.  Kaelibeth holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and has 5+ years of administrative support experience.
