Advocates for Immigrant Justice

students sit in a discussion circle for a panel event called "Beyond Borders"Advocates for Immigrant Justice (AIJ) is an initiative that centers and advocates for justice for the undocumented immigrant community. This initiative invites students who are undocumented, formerly undocumented, come from a mixed-immigration status family, are impacted by unjust immigrant laws or are passionate about immigrant justice to join. 

Meetings will be held twice a block - 1st and 3rd weeks. The second meeting of the block (during third week) will be a structured workshop, conversation or lecture on a specific topic that may include guests from the Colorado community. The first meeting of the block will be focused on discussing any current events happening locally or nationwide.  Meetings happen every 1st and 3rd Friday of the Block!
