Student Success Scholars Program

A first gen student looks at a southwestern mural at the Fine Art CenterThe Student Success Scholars Program is an initiative to support Denver Scholarship Fellows, Daniels Fund and Questbridge recipients, and members of our Achieve First program. 

Achieve First is a program designed to assist first-generation students who were not in the Bridge Scholars program with building skills, accessing resources and support, and finding peer mentorship. It is headed by Christian Gonzalez (Director, The Butler Center), Jordan Bates (Graduate Assistant), and Violet Datcu (Peer Mentor). 

This program is new as of 2023 and more information will be forthcoming.

The Bridge Scholars Program goals are
