A separate survey is required for every instrument on which you would like to take lessons. The registration deadline is Wednesday, September 2nd at 4 p.m.

The Music Department requests student evaluation of the lesson/class/ensemble instructors at the end of each semester. A quick survey will be emailed to enrolled students with responses due before the last day of the semester. Participation is encouraged, but not mandatory.

This evaluation can be of significant benefit to the faculty member by identifying perceived strengths and weaknesses in teaching, thereby leading to personal and professional growth.

The music department provides financial support to students from across campus to support and celebrate music-related endeavors. Not all opportunities require a student to be a declared music major or minor. But for those specifically for majors and minors, to be eligible for departmental grants, tuition scholarships, or awards, a student must be in "good standing" as outlined in the Student Handbook.
