CC Student Organization Handbook

All D11 volunteers need to follow this process before your first day of club activity. 

Step 1: Fill out the form online here: D11 Volunteer Process

Step 2: Print a PDF copy, sign and show ID with paperwork to the school visitor check in office when you go the first time.

D-11 Mandatory Reporter Information

Volunteers with D11 schools must complete the process on this website. If you have any questions please email cce@coloradocollege.edu

Reserving Meeting Space in the CCE

You may request after-hour or weekend usage by emailing cce@coloradocollege.edu and filling out the house request form here. Requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Reservations may be denied due to conflicts with other programming or at the discretion of the CCE staff. Any key checked out must be kept in the possession of the representative and used only for the scheduled event. Keys must be returned within 24 hours after the event.

CCE Bike Rentals

To rent a CCE bike for community engagement, please go through the process in Summit here.
