• Make sure your event is on the Campus Calendar.
• Submit your event info to Around the Block (by sending it to communications@coloradocollege.edu). Submissions must be made by noon Wednesday to get into that week's newsletter. Submit the info also to Today at CC.
• For anything such as posters, flyers, etc., we direct campus colleagues to Canva, our online design tool. To gain access to Canva, contact communications@coloradocollege.edu to get a link to the video tutorial, which you must watch. Once you have done so, you will receive the login info from our office.
• For social media support or event promotion, please contact Karuna Abe, social media manager.
• For editorial direction, review the CC Editorial Style Guide.
• For EARNED media – pitching story ideas to local media for coverage, please contact communications@coloradocollege.edu to determine how your ideas fit into the institutional media strategy.
