ADEI Committee Mission Statement

The ADEI Committee is committed to creating an equitable and welcoming environment at Colorado College. Our mission is to foster inclusivity through events and initiatives that promote education and understanding. We strive to ensure that all underrepresented groups feel integrated and empowered to thrive on campus.

Our Approach:

• Facilitating Conversations: We engage students in meaningful discussions about diversity, inclusion, and equity, promoting dialogue that encourages shared learning and growth.

• Supporting Marginalized Groups: We partner with organizations that serve marginalized students, providing assistance for their initiatives and amplifying their voices within the college community.

• Advancing Anti-Racism: We align with the college’s goal of becoming an anti-racist institution, cultivating an inclusive culture that honors and celebrates all identities.

• Conducting Audits: We perform thorough assessments of both CCSGA and the broader campus environment to evaluate our progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
