· Review Timeline: Appeals will be reviewed during block breaks. You will receive a written response with the results once a decision is made.
2. Appeal Levels
· Level I Appeal: The CC Parking office will review your citation to check for errors or if the violation hasn’t occurred. A decision will be made and communicated to the submitting appealer
· Level II Appeal: If your initial appeal is denied, you have the option to submit a Level II appeal. This appeal will be reviewed by the Level II Appeals Committee, which consists of one student, one staff member, and one faculty member from the college, all of whom have no connection to the Parking Office. The committee's decisions are final and cannot be further appealed. If the committee grants your appeal, the citation will be voided.
