International Shipping

The Mail Center can ship packages worldwide!

  • Staff and Faculty may use USPS or FedEx
  • Students can only use USPS. This is due to additional custom fees being billed to the mail center.
  • For oversized packages please contact the mail center. Unusually large or heavy packages can not be shipped to all countries.

Requirements

All International packages require the following information:
  • Recipient's full name & address
  • Recipient's phone number (MUST BE AN INTERNATIONAL NUMBER)
  • An itemized & detailed list of ALL items
  • Value of EACH item in US dollars
  • Country of origin of EACH item (Where the item was made)
  • Please complete the international shipping form before coming to the mail center. All items require a government assigned code to be sent between countries. You can find the information you need here.

Duty Taxes & Customs

Custom officials may choose to inspect your package & charge a duty tax for items entering the country. If duty taxes are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these costs.

If the shipping agent is unable to deliver your package or your package does not pass customs, it could be returned to the mail center at a higher cost than what it was to ship out of the US. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any fees charged for the return of your package.
