Retiree and Alumni Services through ITS

We appreciate our alumni and retirees' years of service; for those with a CC email account, we offer help with that account:

  • access and licensing for the inbox
  • password reset
  • security issues
  • email setup in Outlook on your device

To keep your CC email address, sign in via SSI at least once every six months (preferably monthly): coloradocollege.edu/ssi. Note that it’s important you actually get prompted for username and password – if it just goes straight in without that part it will not count as a login.

For assistance with your CC email account, please create a ticket at services.coloradocollege.edu or send an email to servicerequests@coloradocollege.edu Note that we must prioritize student and current employee needs, especially during the first few days of the block - see the academic calendar for information.

We also strongly recommend that you maintain a personal email address as well, through one of the many reputable email providers or your internet service provider.

For other non-CC account hardware and software issues, please contact local support shops listed on the Better Business Bureau website.
