Fixing Papercut on a Mac
90% of problems printing to Papercut from a mac are one of these two things
Which WiFi are you connected to
You cannot print to Papercut from CC-Guest. The first thing you should check is making sure you are connected to eduroam instead.Hold for authentication
If you see the dreaded "Hold for authentication" it means that there's an incorrect username / password and the print job will never print.
In this case, click the little "x" to delete the print job and then follow the instructions below to remove the bad username / password from your keychain.
