Coping with Racial Trauma
The Office of Human Resources is committed to the well-being of our employees and while we recognize black members of our community are experiencing trauma related the recent acts of racism and violence exemplified through the deaths of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, and Breonna Taylor, we want to prioritize our employees' physical and mental health.
Understanding that our community is hurting from the trauma we are facing, below are some resources that might be helpful for employees and managers.

- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)- provides short term counseling, crisis services, and legal/financial services to benefits-eligible staff, their spouses/domestic partners, and dependent children.
