Biological Anthropology
Biological anthropology is one of the four subfields of anthropology. Biological anthropology concentrates on the biological history, evolutionary relationships and adaptive diversity that characterize humans and their close relatives (Marks, 2011). Unlike many biologists, biological anthropologists are especially interested in the interplay between biology and culture and how the process of biocultural evolution shapes humanity.
