Scam Alert: Scammers are contacting individuals to ask for payment up front with a promise of a same-day COVID-19 vaccine appointment. COVID-19 Testing

  • Experiencing symptoms and need to know how to get tested?
  • The college is conducting testing of students, faculty, and staff on campus each week. All students on campus and locally off-campus regardless of whether they are accessing campus, are required to participate in weekly testing until more data is available on how widespread the new, more contagious variants of the Coronavirus are in the county and on campus.
  • For more information, please see our testing FAQs.

Daily COVID-19 Self-Assessment

  • All on-campus students, faculty, and staff must complete the daily health check via the CC app or a printed Word document or PDF to access campus facilities.
  • Students experiencing symptoms should contact the Student Health Center, (719) 389-6384, to consult regarding need for testing or treatment. For afterhours, over-the-phone advice or consultation, please contact the Optum Urgent Care Center seven days per week at (719) 636-2999. Report any symptoms of COVID-19 to msantos@coloradocollege.edu.

Risk-Mitigation Protocols

  • See our risk-mitigation protocols.
  • Avoid travel. Students, faculty, and staff should avoid weekend and block break travel. Most college-related travel is prohibited; a petition process for college-related travel has been established. Read the travel policy.
  • Conduct all meetings virtually. Do not hold in-person meetings.
  • See our Community Commitment to learn more about what each member of our campus can do to help stop the spread of the virus.
  • If you are a CC employee who must be on campus to perform your job duties, please fill out our form to report onsite work to help mitigate risk through a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Need to order PPE? Use this form. No other department or division should buy or use CC resources to buy supplies; the Prevention Working Team is the single purchasing liaison for all campus needs. Read the PPE and cleaning supply request guidelines.

Emergency Response Fund

For Students

Learn about requesting support from the (COVID-19) Coronavirus Emergency Response Fund

For Others

Because many in the Colorado College community asked how they can help, we have established the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Emergency Response Fund to meet needs during these uncertain times. Many of our alumni, parents, and friends, as well as members of our Board of Trustees and the president's cabinet, have contributed. The fund also provides the college with resources to respond to unexpected expenses developing during this crisis and for lost revenue.
