The Colorado College Summer Session requires admitted students to submit a series of forms before their arrival on campus. All forms will also be available through your online application. The absence of these forms will place a hold on your Colorado College transcript.

• Colorado College Tuberculosis Screening Form
• TB Test Form
  • not needed if the student is at no risk of Tuberculosis
• Tuition Account Payment Agreement
