  • Please share this address with anyone who may be planning to mail items to you on campus and remember, all items must have your first and last names and your CC Box number.
  • Our storage space is limited so we encourage you to only send necessary items prior to your move-in.

In Late June, you be able to find your CC box number in Banner (SSB)

  • Once you are logged into Banner (SSB)
  • Click on “Personal Information”
  • Click on “View Addresses & Phone Numbers”
  • You will see your CC Box listed

Always use your first and last name and box number on all mail and packages. Any package without all the above information is subject to misdelivery, being discarded, refused or returned to the sender.

Here is additional information you may find helpful about the College Mail Center:

  • The Mail Center is in the Mike and Barbara Yalich Student Services Center on the corner of Tejon and Dale Street.
  • The Service Counter is open Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • At the Mail Center you can do the following:
    • Ship and return packages via UPS, USPS, and FedEx
    • Send mail and postcards.
    • Purchase stamps, boxes, and envelopes.
  • You have Gold Card access to the Mail Center lobby, home of the package lockers, 7 days a week from 8 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
  • When you have mail or a package available to pick up, you will receive an email notifying you it is ready.
    • If your package is in a locker, you will receive an access code from LuxerOne (support@luxerone.com), via email or text.
    • If we are unable to place your item in a locker, you will need to pick it up from the Mail Services staff during Service Counter hours. Notifications for items behind the counter will be sent to your college email address from Brynka (donotreply@notify.brynka.com) and the subject line will read: DoNotReply.
  • A picture ID is required to pick up all items. Other forms of verification may be required if the name on your ID does not match the name on the package.
  • Space is limited so please pick up your items promptly; items left for more than three weeks may be returned to the sender.
  • The Mail Center does not have refrigeration available so all perishables must be picked up promptly. Perishables not picked up within 24 hours may be discarded.
