Incoming winter start students can start mailing to campus. Here's what you need to know.

 

Mail Services is closed Dec. 22 – Jan. 5 for Winter Break.

 We will have staff present on the following days to receive packages and mail:

                Dec. 23 , 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

                Dec. 27, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

                Dec. 31, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

                Jan. 2, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

 Students will continue to have access to the package lockers 7 days a week, 8 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.

 Please note that we will not be shipping any outgoing items during this time.

 While we are closed, packages will be stored with the carrier and delivered to us once we reopen.

 Staff and Faculty – please do not schedule freight deliveries Dec. 22 – Jan. 5, we will not be able to receive them.

 

Campus Shred Event

  • Collections for the campus-wide shred event are scheduled for December 2, 2024-January 14, 2025. 
  • Please contact mail.services@coloradocollege.edu to arrange pick-up.
  • Documents to be shredded should be boxed with lids securely taped and clearly labeled "SHRED".

Credit/Debit Cards

There is a $10 minimun on all credit/debit card purchases. We take Mastercard, Visa & Apple Pay.

Delivery Policy

Policy states that any item that comes in without a full name, CC Box #, or department, and correct address is subject to misdelivery, being discarded, refused, or returned to sender.

Zip Code

80946 is a zip code that is specific to Colorado College. You can also use 80903, which is the zip code for the college & surrounding neighborhoods.

Services During Campus Closures

When campus is closed for holidays, Mail Services is also closed. Therefore, no one will be present to receive deliveries during these times. Please plan accordingly.
