Tiger Service Awards
Tiger Service awards are given to full- and part-time benefit eligible staff after two years of employment, again at five years of employment, and continuing thereafter in five-year increments.
During your anniversary month, you are awarded $25 per year of service, a free lunch at Rastalls, and a paid day off to be used within 12 months of your anniversary date.
Staff will have a photo opportunity with the President and will be recognized at our “In the Loop” and “Fall Conference” events.
Supervisors are notified of Tiger Service recipients in their department.
