Working Through COVID-19

The portal is now open for employees to begin uploading their vaccination cards and information. 

For vaccinated employees, use the link below.  You will click the CClogin and login with your regular single-sign on credentials.  Note that the portal is used for students and employees, so if you are vaccinated, choose the Staff/Faculty COVID-9 Vaccination Documentation link.  You will answer some questions and upload a picture of your vaccination card.
Staff/Faculty COVID-19 Vaccination Documentation:

For employees claiming an exemption, choose the Staff/Faculty COVID-19 Vaccination Exemption Claim.  You will be required to download a form and complete it, sign it, then upload it back to the portal.  Falsifying information on the exemption form can lead to disciplinary actions up to, and including, termination.

The College is closely monitoring the rapidly changing situation with COVID-19 and is actively working to support the campus community as we work through the local impacts.
