Student Instructors

Aida Hasson (’22) teaches origami and has been folding since she was seven. She is a neuroscience major and a pre-med student from Brooklyn, NY and loves nature, photography, singing, songwriting, crochet, and pretty much all other art and music as well. 

 

 

Ariela Simon (22’) teaches drawing and is from Oakland, CA. She is majoring in Political Science, and is minoring in Russian Studies and Urban Studies. She likes to climb, sew and watch the sopranos.

 

 

 

 

Isabel Lanzetta (’22) teaches enameling and loves making jewelry as much as she does wearing it. Isa is a double major studying Southwest Studies and English, with an emphasis on Creative Writing. She has spent most of her life in Flagstaff, Arizona and enjoys movement, poetry & prose, good food, and plants.

 

 

Lucy Meigs (’22) teaches sewing classes at Art and Crafts, along with running a small business of her sewing work (on Instagram @goose_things). She is a Philosophy major and Asian Studies minor from Corvallis, OR. She loves skiing and going on walks, along with baking cookies and seeing dogs.

 

 

Olivia Coutre (’23) teaches block printing. She majors in Environmental Studies and South West Studies and is from Concord, Massachusetts. She likes to climb, ski, cook meals with her friends, but most of all likes to procraftinate (procrastinating by crafting). Follow her crocheting at @yes.way.crochet on Instagram! 

 

 

Sierra Romero (’22) teaches stained glass and has been involved with the Arts & Crafts studio since here first year. She is a Political Science major with a minor in Environmental Studies and Journalism. She's from Denver, Colorado and enjoys painting, reading, skating, and hiking.
