College Transition Programs promote engaged teaching and learning, academic innovation, and student success.

- The Bridge Scholars Program, a year-long initiative that includes a two-week residential experience designed to offer a supportive community, personalized faculty, staff, and peer mentoring, and challenging coursework that prepares students to thrive on the Block.
- CC Elevate, a first-year adjunct designed to help ease the transition into college, supplementing the block plan with a stable community and deeper connection to campus and classmates.
- The CC Common Read, including book selection and a wide range of courses, programs, and other opportunities to engage with its themes.
