The Library Partners will be continuing our "Last Lecture" series with English Professor David Mason.
After reflecting on what matters to them, speakers give a hypothetical "last lecture," conveying whatever insights they want to impart to the world as a culmination of their thinking on the topic of their choosing.
During his tenure, Professor Mason along with teaching courses spanning from the Greeks to modern Brits and more, has written awarding winning books of poems, co-edited several textbooks and anthologies. He has also written the librett. A former Fulbright Fellow to Greece, Mason served as Poet Laureate of Colorado .
His talk this Friday, January 31st at 4pm in the library Event Space on the 2nd floor is not to be missed.
However, if you were unable to attend this or simply want to hear it again, listen to "The Imagination is Free and So is this Lecture" by Professor of English Dave Mason '78.
