The Institute of Museum and Library Services, a federal grant-making agency, has awarded a $243,000 grant to the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center at Colorado College. This grant will be used to digitize 3,000 pieces of art from the FAC's permanent collection. Digitization will allow the art to be preserved for future generations and shared nationally through a portal on the FAC's website. The team that submitted the grant included Advancement's Laura Hines and the FAC's Rebecca Tucker and Michael Lorusso.
